Education Center Rental Fees

DEFINITIONS

• Meeting Use is defined as use for a set number of hours up to 2hours.
• Half Day Use is defined as any use for a set number of hours between 2 and 4 hours.
• Full Day Use is definedas any use for a set number of hours greater than 4
• Evening and Weekend use is prohibited unless approved by the Facilities Committee
• Tenant Group: ICCD Board of Directors and Staff and Friends of the Indiana County Conservation District
• Allied Non-Tenant Group: Any local, state, or federal governmental agency requesting use of the DC for a meeting that directly relates to the District’s primary purpose; A non-profit organization whose existence and objectives are conducive with the ICCD’s primary purpose (i.e., farm, sportsmen, horticulture, and environmental organizations that function within Indiana County); All Nominating Organizations, ICCD partners, all organizations with established Memorandum of Understandings with ICCD, Watershed Organizations functioning within Indiana County; Any multi-county, state, or national organization whose existence or objectives or purpose for requesting use of a meeting room relates to ICCD’s primary purpose.
• Public Non-Tenant Group: Any local, state, or federal government agency requesting use of the EC for a meeting that does not directly relate to ICCD’s primary purpose; Any countywide non-profit, community service organization, or business whose existence or objectives or purpose for requesting the use of a meeting room does not directly relate to the ICCD’s primary purpose; Any multi-county, state, or national organization whose existence or objectives or purpose for requesting use of a meeting room does not relate to ICCD’s primary purpose.

Below is a breakdown of associated fees for use of the education center.

FEE SCHEDULE I - TENANT

• No Charge - Where ICCD or FICCD personnel are the meeting organizer.

FEE SCHEDULE II - ALLIED TENANT AGENCIES USE CHARGE

• $100.00 Refundable Security Deposit
• $25.00 for Meeting Use (For allied tenants using the space for regularly occurring meetings, a discounted rental fee of$200 applies for the calendar year of January 1 – December 31.
• $100 for Half Day
• $200 for Full Day
• A certificate of general liability insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,0000 general aggregate required, listing District as additional insured with waiver of subrogation.

FEE SCHEDULE III - PUBLIC NON-TENANT AGENCIES USE CHARGE

• $100.00 Refundable Security Deposit
• $50.00 for Meeting Use
• $200 for Half Day
• $400 for Full Day
• A certificate of general liability insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,0000 general aggregate required, listing District as additional insured with waiver of subrogation.
